  • Development, cloning and production of novel antibody constructs and in vitro functional characterization including binding, cytotoxicity and mechanistic assays
  • Design and execution of advanced murine in vivo models including systemic and local injections, blood sampling, optical imaging and organ harvesting
  • Management of regulatory requirements for animal experiments including documentation and communication with authorities and veterinary staff
  • Data analysis, documentation and structured presentation of experimental results including preparation of scientific publications
  • Contribution to laboratory operations, methodological development and shared experimental workflows including responsibility for selected equipment and techniques

  • Degree in life sciences or a related field
  • PhD or equivalent experience in independent scientific work
  • Strong background in immunology; experience in antibody engineering and / or immunotherapy is highly desirable
  • FELASA B certification (or equivalent qualification) for animal experimentation
  • Willingness to work with laboratory animals
